Custom Hand-Painted Books
I design, sketch and hand-paint fore-edge art to make your bookshelf as vivid and lively as the worlds described within them. Every piece I create uses watercolours and gouache to achieve a one-of-a-kind feel.
The painting process takes anywhere between 1-2 to 5-6 months depending on whether I am painting one of my previous designs or whether I am creating a new original. I guarantee that every book is hand-crafted and does not use AI.
If you plan on purchasing one of my previous designs but it is not in stock or you cannot find it in the shop, feel free to reach out to me.
If you would like to order a custom piece, please read the following:
- Before placing an order, please contact me to discuss your idea.
Specify which book (author, title) and what kind of design you envision. - The process will likely take 5-6 months, so please plan accordingly.
- Each book is sealed with a protective fixative spray. While it can be handled and read with care, it is primarily intended as an art piece.
- Final pricing depends on the number of books ordered and the complexity of the design.
- Finally, reaching out does not require you to purchase, asking questions is free-of-charge :)
