Refund and Return Policy

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason.

How to start a return or cancellation request: Visit your account at https://account.pictalibri.com, go to your Orders, and submit a return or cancellation request. Or visit the Cancel order menu point and fill out the form.

Return shipping: Once you notify us of your withdrawal, you must return the items without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. The buyer bears the costs of the return.

Refunds: We will refund your payment, including standard outbound shipping costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods (or proof of return). Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as your original purchase.
